Stay in a private, 40 acre, gated farm centrally located in North Conway! See our miniature horses, ducks, chickens, pigs and goats from the private, second story deck with sunset view. Guests are welcome to visit the stalls and pet the animals as well.

Gorgeous views of Mt. Washington, The Moat Mountain range and the ledges. Enjoy the on-property walking trails as well as the hiking trails to Peaked Mountain behind the farm. 1 bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has twin bunkbeds. There is also a full kitchen, washer/dryer, board games, and cozy living area.

The Details

This Guest House comfortably accommodates up to four people.
Sleeping Arrangements: Queen bed in first room, Twin bunk beds in second room. All linens provided.

Please be advised that there is no hot tub with the animal farm. There is also no bathtub; there is a standup shower.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm and checkout is 12 noon.
Fireplace. Please be advised that we disconnect the gas fireplaces during the warm season to minimize our carbon footprint. Thanks for understanding!

The Animal Farm is an "off property location"

Great for families, experience real farm life. The Animal Farm is owned and operated by Adventure Suites and is a seperate, independent, experience from the main Hotel. Our horses are very friendly and will greet you at the fence. Ask if you would like to be included in feeding the horses and chickens. Enjoy this unique opportunity to relax on a peaceful farm with magnificient mountain views and walking trails. Enjoy our on property brookside hangout! This is a great place to have a picnic lunch and wade in the brook.

NOTE: The Animal farm experience is unlike the suites at the main Hotel. We Charge the full amount at time of reservation. There is a 2 night minimum year round. Daily Housekeeping services are not provided at the Animal Farm. Washer and Dryer are provided for your convenience. The Animal Farm is not pet friendly. The rate includes up to 4 people.
