Every Cancellation is subject to a fee. Reservations Cancelled more than 14 days prior to the reservation date are subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • Economy Suites: $25 per night (Wolf Den, Cupid's Corner and Deserted Island)
  • Deluxe Suites: $40 per night (Log Cabin, Dragon's Lair, Victorian Spa, NY Penthouse and Wine Cellar)
  • Super Suites: $50 per night (TreeHouse, Motorcycle Madness, Roman RendezVous, Love Shack and Animal Farm)
  • Galaxy Suites: $75 per night ( Jungle, Cave and Showtime)
  • Party Suites: $75 per night ( The Club and Sky Captains Lounge)
  • Party Suite: $100 per night (Haunted Castle)
  • OPTION: If you would like to avoid the cancellation fee and you have cancelled your reservation more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, you have the option of leaving your entire deposit on file for a future stay in which case you would not have to pay a cancellation fee and you can call back at your convenience to make your next reservation.

    Less Than 14 Days prior to arrival: Reservations Cancelled less than 14 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the entire deposit. We are a boutique hotel that depends on advance reservations. We feel our policy is both fair to our guests and to us. The majority of guests that cancel last-minute do so because it's an unavoidable situation, so please understand that our policy will still apply.

We understand that unexpected and unavoidable things do happen. For this reason, we are offering peace of mind with our cancellation insurance option for your reservation. The insurance is a non-refundable $50 fee and must be purchased within 24 hours of making your reservation.***

With cancellation insurance, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancelling more than 14 days away from your scheduled arrival date: You will not have to pay a cancellation fee and will get a full refund of your deposit (excluding the cancellation insurance fee)

Cancelling from 14 days to 3 days prior to your arrival: Instead of losing your entire deposit, you will be charged a cancellation fee for each night that was cancelled and the remaining balance of your deposit will be held on file towards your next visit at Adventure Suites.

Cancelling 2 days or less from your arrival date: The cancellation insurance does not apply and you will lose your deposit.

Cancellation insurance does not apply to the following dates. If you purchase cancellation insurance for these dates, it will not apply. If you are staying multiple nights, you can apply the insurance towards your reservation for the dates not listed below.

Black-out dates for the Haunted Castle: February 14th, October 1st through October 31st (the whole month of October), December 31st

***Cancellation insurance does not apply if a reservation is made through third party. Our cancellation policy applies for reservations made through our reservation department or our website. Please refer to the third party cancellation policies if you reserved through a different website. Please contact us directly or via our website to receive the benefits of our cancellation policy.

A one-night deposit or 50% of your reservation is charged at the time of making the reservation, whichever is greater. Haunted Castle reservations made for October require 100% deposit. All reservations require a credit card. The remaining balance is due at check-in. Add-on packages are charged at time of making the reservation.

Fees apply to rooms & common areas in need of excessive cleaning. If rooms are left with unreasonable messes (i.e confetti, silly string, candle wax, linen stains, bubble bath in hot tubs, graffiti) a cleaning fee will apply.

Adventure Suites provides bubble bath, candles and lotions in our gift shop. Be sure not to use any bubble bath, candles or lotions that are not approved by the Inn. No bubble bath is allowed in the hot tub suites. Management has the right to charge replacement cost for damaged sheets/furniture due to unauthorized products used in the room.

Please do not dye hair while in our suites, or stain sheets and towels from recently died hair. There is a fine for any damaged linen due to hair dye.

Guests are responsible for any damages they cause while in the room.

  • Our suites include a two-person jetted tub or a hot-tub for up to five people.
  • Every Suite has a DVD player with thousands of complimentary movies available from our video library.
  • Gaming console hook-ups: For your convenience we have gaming hookups in the suites. Feel free to bring along your own gaming console and all of the associated cables for hook-up!
  • Free Wi-Fi in all suites.
  • Billiards table: Enjoy a game of billiards on our J.E. Came Company Billiards table from Boston, MA. This is an original slate table over 100 years old. Guests must be 14 or older to use the table.
  • Arcade game: over 1100 classic games to choose from. Located in the Saloon.
  • Gift shop: Our gift shop offers a variety of products including clothing, stuffed animals, games, s'mores, candy, drinks, fresh chocolates, ice cream, bubble bath, candles, romance products, Christmas ornaments, pet gifts and more.

  • Our outdoor Fire Patio is lit every night (weather permitting).
  • In the warmer months every guest can enjoy our hammock, swing, yard games and Fire truck playground set.
  • In the winter every guest can enjoy the sledding hill (we provide sleds) and the Igloo. We offer free Nordic Skiing and Snowshoeing right out our back yard!
  • Adventure Suites reserves the right to change any furniture, amenities, decorations and/or appliances anywhere within the property, including but not limited to any of the suites without prior notice.

  • There is a $25 charge per dog per night. Up to three dogs can stay in our Dog-friendly suites. There is no charge for Gold Members.
  • For dogs that reserve ahead of time we have a special treat waiting in the room for them.
  • Dogs must be at least one year old.
  • All dogs need to be on a leash while in common areas (inside & outside) of the hotel. We supply dog depots in the back yard for your convenience in picking up after your friend.
  • Please do not bring dogs that have barking / growling tendencies or that do not get along with other dogs, children or adults.
  • Sorry, we do not allow cats, but we do allow elephants.

We value your privacy as well as your patronage. We adhere to strong commitment to protect your privacy and will not distribute your e-mail address, telephone number or physical address to any third party. We may use your e-mail address to send you information related to your pending reservation(s) and news and specials; you will be able to opt-out of these mailings if you wish.

Adventure Suites is a non-smoking establishment. However each suite has a door that accesses directly outdoors. Our smoking guests may smoke outside of their rooms with the outside door closed. Sorry, cigars are not allowed on property.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Add $15 per child/night, $25 per adult/night and $25 per dog/night. Party Suites are $50 per registered visitor after the first two. Non-registered visitors are not allowed. All guests need to be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Rates vary due to special events, holidays, and vacation weeks.

We offer free tours to anyone interested in seeing for themselves what our rooms are all about! You may stop in anytime for a tour and we will show you some of the suites we have available. Your best chance to see the most rooms is between 12 noon and 2pm (between check-in and check-out). We may ask you to take your shoes off in order to go inside a suite if it has been cleaned already, otherwise you are welcome to peek into the suite from the doorway.
